Our billet heater is divided into single-rod heating furnace(shorted as single-rod furnace) and multi-rod heating furnace(shorted as multi-rod furnace), long rod heating furnace is with reasonable structure, sealed furnace body, thermal insulation feature and high heat efficiency. During the use, the length of the aluminum rod can be adjustable according to different needs, convenient for production planning. In addition, it uses shortened aluminum rod, avoiding the waste of raw materials by cutting the rod of the old-style furnace. The multi-rod heating furnace can use various fuels such as diesel, producer gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and coal, etc. As it can be put into the furnace body with several aluminum rods at the same time, this heating style is good for the homogenizing treatment of the aluminum rod because of the longer preheating time.
